Brief intrduction of soybean oil production line

For soybean oil production line ,It includes soybean prepressing plant, soybean oil solvent extraciton plant , soybean crude oil refinery plant .

Soybean prepressing plant

1. soybean : It’s one of main oil seeds from human. It’s used to make cooking oil seeds oil in most countries. The oil content in cooking oil seeds is different.

2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the cooking oil seeds, The iron impurity will be

harmful to the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out.

3.Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities.After going through this part,most of the impurities are moved from cooking oil seeds.

4.Crushing, the cooking oil seeds size is too big, it is not easy to process for the whole, so we usually need to crush it to several parts.

5.Softening: cooking oil seeds is too hard, and it is high protecin, if we didn't soft it before, during the flaking process, there will be much powder, it is not easy to form the flakes.

6.Flaking: It is the process of extarction use of the mechanical action to flake the aoybean into flakiness. After flaking, the materials is becoming thiner thank before, it is good for absorb moisture and heat in cooking process , and it is much easier for getting sunflower oil in the oil extarction process.

6.Drying: in most time, the cooking oil seeds water content is about 12-15%, it is too high for solvent mill, so we will need to dry the moisture to 7%-9%.

Solvent extraction plant

1. Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-typr extractor.

2. Roary extractor: spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent (form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).

3. DTDC: used to separate the solvent from the wet meal.

4. Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella ( oil with solvent) into the miscella 1st, then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.

5. Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.

6. Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.

7. Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

Soybean oil refinery plant

1.The oil refinery machine is used for removing the impurities of oil, such as, fatty acid, phosphatide, metal ion, pigment, oxide, solid particle and volatile gas. It suitable for refining various crude oil, vegetable oil, such as sunflower seed oil, tea seed oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, corn oil and palm oil,etc.

2.The oil refinery machine can adopts chemical refining and physical refining, and the chemical refining includes batch refining, semi-continuous refining and continuous refining.

Main equipment of soybean oil refinery plant

1.Neutralization Tank: used for acid refining, alkali refining or washing.

2.Bleaching Tank: used for bleaching oil & removing pigment.

3.Deodorizing Tank: used for removing the odour of oil (made of stainless steel).

4.Conduction Oil Furnace: provide production with heat source, and the temperature can

reach 280 °C.

5. Vacuum Pump: provide vacuum degree for bleaching & deodorizing process, which can reach above755mmHg

6. Air Compressor: weather bleaching earth used in the bleaching process

7. Filter Press: filtrate the bleaching earth

8. Steam Generator: produce steam for deodorization and distillation process
