after pretreatment, the scraper conveyer transport the materials to the expeller for pressing corn germ oil,then we can get crude corn germ oil for refining.
C. crude corn germ oil processing refining workshop introduction:
1. corn germ oil expeller degumming and deacidification: removing the phosphatide by adding hot water and alkalia.
2. corn germ oil expeller decolorizing:removing the pigment by adding bleaching earth,and then use the filter to separated the wasted earth.
3. corn germ oil expeller deodorization: removing the FFA and other solid particle to get the good smell oil.
