Drying technical:

Drying chamber are consists of two parts, each part adopts air inlet from the bottom, top will ventilate the wind from the side. This way is wind in the drying chamber will inlet from the bottom of the material ,forming the bottom-up flow through, not only make the wind flow through the material and heated mandatory ,but

also could discharge the moisture promptly to ensure the drying effect, at the same time the discharged hot air below a certain humidity could be cycle using by the radiator, reducing the energy consumption and save costs. Because the equipment is wide, and the inlet of the fan from one side will lead to the material on one side will have the temperature difference ,compared with materials on the other side. Our company adopts through increasing the flow equalizing plate on the inlet bottom which could guarantee the wind speed on the same cross section are the same , while using adjacent drying unit orientation reversed to solve the unevenly drying problem which caused by one side wind inlet .

In order to rapidly and effectively discharge the moisture from the chamber, at the built-in circulating air duct side to do a dehumidifier duct with 600×400 cross section area, then it could isolate from the circulating air. The dehumidifier duct have install electric air valve, through acquisition the humidity inside the chamber to control the opening of the electric air valve to ensure the humidity inside the chamber couldn’t be too high. while no one intake valve unit also uses electric valve ,interlock with the humidity sensor ,which could make sure the pressure balance inside the chamber, also could guarantee the temperature of the chamber. Once the temperature is too high ,it could reduce the temperature rapidly through increase the amount of wind.
