Brief Info of industrial dryer for fruit
This mushroom dehydrator is hot air circulating mushroom drying machine, which is equipped with axial flow fan, and automatic temperature controlling system. The circulation system is fully enclosed, thus increasing the heat efficiency from 3-7%(the traditional drying room) to 35-45% at present, the highest can reach 50%.
Application of industrial dryer for fruit
This hot air mushroom dehydrator is mainly used for heating and solidification in medicinal industry,chemical industry, food industry, agricultural and sideline industry, seafood industry, fruit and vegetable processing industry, etc. It can be used for dehydrating various kinds of material, such as raw materials, meat, Chinese herbs, extract, powder, granules, pellet, moringa leaves, tea leaves, flower tea, etc.
Dehydrated fruits: apple, banana, kiwi, figs, pear, peach, pineapple, mango, jujube, plums, etc.
Dehydrated vegetables: mushroom, pepper, red chili, onion , tomato, potato, sweet potato, garlic, etc.
Dehydrated nuts: various kinds of nuts.
Dehydrated seafood: sea cucumber, fish, sardines, shrimp, etc.
