Brief introduction

OMEGA Deck Ovens is reliable and operationally safe oven. The well insulated oven chamber ensure first-rate heat economy, while keeping the exterior cool .

Omega's baking decks are hermetic and totally independent offering the possibility of selecting different temperature for top and bottom, in this way it is possible to bake at the same time different products in each deck or ,in case of periods less production, it's possible to use only some decks avoiding to heat the whole oven(running economy ).

Models from 2 to 4 trays , possibility of laying till 5 chambers one on the top of the other, more than 20 solutions for pastry shoops, bakeries, hotels, fast -food, restaurants.
