We offer Free Shipping for all our customers in the North America except Hawaii on our FoodSealer Vacuum Bags and Rolls. For all other countries customers, Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about shipping charge outside of North America.
We ship all over the world. All order will ship Expedite with Tracking Number in the North America and shipping time approximately 1 to 3 weeks. For all other countries, all order will ship by Air Service or by Boat Service, shipping time approximately 4 to 10 days by air and 6 to 8 weeks by boat.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All our packages will ship with insurance. We ask you to examine the package when you receive the package from the courier to ensure everything is in good condition before you sign off the package. If package was damaged from shipping, please make the claim right away with the courier at the time of delivery and email us all the information right away, then we will follow up with the courier for the damage package.
If you are not satisfied with the products, please contact us by email within 3 days after you receive your order from the courier. For your convenience, we accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. Please email us and request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 3 business days before an RMA number is issued to you. All package returned without a RMA number will be refused by us.
Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; customers have to pay all the shipping charges for returning the order. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. We do have all the rights to give you a refund or exchange the products with no other extra cost to you.
All our products have tested and checked by MFG and also are tested and checked by us before we packaged and shipped. Please contact us if you want special type packaging or shipping service, extra shipping charge may apply.

Return Policy.
IMPORTANT: Please email us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you return your order. It will take approximately 3 business days before a RMA number is issued to you. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. All packages returned without a RMA number stated on your shipping label will be refused by us and package will return back to sender.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition and also in the original shipping package box with the RMA number states on your shipping label. Please return the product in the same condition as when you received from the couriers with all manuals, accessories and the packing slip. We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund after we receive the products from you.

FoodSealer Vacuum Sealer has 1 year limited manufacture warranty for defect parts from the manufacture. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase with the original invoice of sale.
For all defects FoodSealer Vacuum Sealer covered by the limited warranty, we will repair or replace the machine for you. All repair or replacement machine will carry a warranty period equivalent to the remainder of the original device’s warranty, or it will be cover for 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever period is longer.
The manufacturer’s limited warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
• Abuse
• Damage from liquids
• Improper use
• Improper maintenance or modification
• Operation outside the product’s specifications
• Parts or supplies not provided or supported by FoodSealer
• Unauthorized modification or misuse.
