KR-50KW microwave equipment consists of microwave heating chamber, microwave generator, control system, microwave suppressor, conveying belt, mechanical transmission device , rack, air-cooled circulation system and so on, it is easy to clean, and do not have blind angle ,the conveying belt and raw material will not occur chemical effect in any manner .

Microwave heating chamber is made of stainless steel frosted board, there is installed with a total of 50 microwave input feed, our up to -date design has made sure that there is very little interference between each microwave input feed , uniform heating. Inside the microwave box there is equipped with infrared temperature probe and other advanced control equipment, infrared thermometer allows users to know the temperature of the material at a glance, the microwave generator is composed of a single and a number of independent control of the magnetron circuit, an operator can let it work according to his needs separately . The Microwave suppressor is made of aluminum alloy, aluminum excellent conductivity makes sure that the material import and export of microwave leakage is less than the national safety and health standards. The whole machine is controlled by a control panel. The Ventilation and dehumidification system is installed to discharge the water, on the top of the power supply box there is space for air exhaust and drainage flange, it is designed to provide users with centrifugal fan pipe connection. Power supply system is designed with three-phase five-wire system, microwave generator must be installed with appropriate capacity of air switch . Microwave circuit uses the single-phase half-wave rectifier voltage double circuit, real-time monitoring of each circuit's working conditions.

Note: The whole machine must be properly electrically grounded .
