1. MVD-3 Basic function
The machine under the vacuum state, by using microwave heating for test materials drying, dehydration, degerming, high temperature sintering, puffing processing etc , can meet the test requirements of a variety of forms.
2. MVD-3 Composition
2.1 summarize
MVD-3 Test warehouse,can choose roller or hanging basket walking structure
One pc roller inside ,made by polypropylene materials or teflon cloth ,it can easy to charging and discharging, the material will keep in rolling when it in work ,also the speed is adjustable,so it can achieve uniform processing effect.
Hanging basket walking structure include 6 hanging basket,
hanging basket using polypropylene materials to make basket,
Can increase the internal lining to teflon.It can easy to take out the load test materials, the walking speed is adjustable during work.
MVD-3 is composed of Vacuum test warehouse(can choose internal roller & hanging basket walking ) ,Microwave system,Vacuum system,Vacuum energy storage device,Drive system,control system.
2.2.1 Vacuum test warehouse
Vacuum test warehouse is regular octahedron ,made by 304# stainless steel, without any leakage after sealing, with Three groups of microwave magnetron ,is this machine studio.
2.2.2 Microwave system
Microwave is composed of 3 sets 1050w generator.
With air-cooled magnetron configurations, all dc microwave frequency conversion power supply.
2.2.3 Vacuum system
By composed of dry scroll vacuum pump and roots vacuum pump grouped of vacuum pump group . The front shell and tube heat exchanger and condensed water collecting tank. And configure corresponding water chiller.
2.2.4 Drive system
Driven by gear motor meanwhile the vacuum chamber of main shaft rotating, Ac speed reducer drive motor used as the power, the use of coaxial device links. Light weight, low noise.
2.2.5 Control System
Composed of electric control cabinet , operation counters and connection cables . Use PLC system control , it can preset 50 set of operating procedures in advance.
