2 Owned by the original buyer,

3 Operated in accordance with generally approved practice and Shenzhou’s instructions,

4 No repairs, modifications, or replacements made by others without Shenzhou’s prior written approval.

Shenzhou repair components are supplied free of charge during the warranty period. Shenzhou personnel are available for equipment training, either on-site/hands-on or in a classroom environment, supported by visual aids and literature, to be contracted for by a separate purchase order.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: We may request advance payment upon order confirmation. As soon as your Automatic Packing Line is ready for delivery, we will test your machines prepare video and photos for your approval. Afterwards we request balance payment.

Q: What is your terms of packing?

A: Each machine is wrapped with plastic film to protect from moisture and dust during ocean transportation, then sealed into a strong sea-worthy plywood shipping case. All packing material is conformity with ISPM standard and free from fumigation.

Q: Is your price the lowest in the market?
