A.Technical data:

3.Automatic Feeding System /1 set ,the feeding length can be adjusted .
4. Main Heating Zone /2 sets ,Subsidiary Heating Zone /2 sets ,adopt the far infrared radiation tile .
5. Forming system adopt hydraulic cyclinder drive,include 2 sets 7.5kw motor,2 sets hydraulic stations. Vacuum forming press is 60T.forming area is 1040mm×1100mm. Vacuum forming speed is 3-8s/mould.
6.Cutting off system adopt hydraulic drive, include 1 sets 18.5kw motors, hydraulic station 1 set, max. punching is 100T, cutting off area is 1040mmx1100mm, cutting off speed is 3-8 s/mould.
7. The baiting part adopt pneumatic control and stacked automatically, the baiting part can be adjusted according to the customers’ requirment, automatic counting system can be adjusted according to the customers’ need .When it reaches the fixed number ,the conveyor belt will convey the products automatically .
8. The edge of the leftover material will be automatic rolled.
